She was attentive to us and was in regular contact with us throughout, letting us know everything she and her team were doing, providing us with feedback and guiding us through different strategic angles to approach the ever-changing market. Even though we knew Jen and her team had many other houses and sellers (and buyers!) to tend to, Jen always gave us and our home the utmost attention. Jen also sifted through the serious buyers vs those that weren't, and she helped us to respond appropriately and address any buyers’ concerns, while she listened to ours as well. She understood how much we loved the home and how we wanted to highlight certain aspects.
